The Calm Confidence Clinic is a monthly live Zoom session where we explore common patterns that keep women stuck in self-doubt, overthinking or people-pleasing.
Each month focuses on a specific theme and includes:
• a short teaching to help you understand the pattern
• a simple nervous system reset to calm internal pressure
• a guided reflection to reconnect with your own inner voice
• one practical step you can take immediately
This is a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect and gain clarity.
