Reiki / Energy Work
Sometimes talking things through isn’t enough. Sometimes what’s needed is a deeper energetic reset.
Alongside my coaching work, I offer Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Crystal Therapy sessions for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. This is gentle, supportive energy work that helps calm your nervous system, restore balance, and bring you back into your body and your own sense of inner safety.
My approach is soft, grounded, and trauma-informed. You don’t need to believe in anything in particular - just come as you are.
How Reiki can support you

What happens in a session
Your session is a quiet, supportive space where you can fully rest.
You’ll lie down or sit comfortably while I work gently with your energy field. There’s no need to talk unless you want to. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or emotional release. Others simply feel deeply relaxed.
Every session meets you exactly where you are.

I offer Reiki as a 3-session package, as this allows the work to unfold gently and deeply over time.
Reiki & Energy Work – 3 sessions for £195
This package is ideal if you want:

🟢 deeper emotional and energetic integration
🟢 space to truly reset and restore
I also offer Usui Reiki training up to Master Teacher level.
