Service Description
A gentle space to unwind, release and reconnect with yourself When life feels busy, heavy or overwhelming, it’s easy to disconnect from your own needs. My energy healing sessions offer you a calm, nurturing space to soften, reset and feel supported - emotionally, mentally and energetically. Each session is intuitive, grounded and completely tailored to where you are on the day. You simply arrive, breathe, and allow yourself to be held. What Happens during a Session We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about what you’re seeking support with - stress, emotional tension, confidence, sleep, or simply needing to feel more like you again. From there, I blend a range of modalities including: 🟢 Usui Reiki 🟢 Angelic Reiki 🟢 Crystal Therapy …and, if it feels aligned on the day, I may intuitively weave in elements such as gentle chakra balancing or oracle guidance to support your clarity and healing. These aren’t booked separately - they’re simply available if you feel called to explore them. You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably relaxed throughout. I may place my hands lightly on your shoulders at the beginning and end, working within your energy field for the rest of your session. Afterwards, I’ll share any insights that arose so you leave feeling grounded, calm and nourished. Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you're unable to give 24 hours advance notice, no refund will be issued. It can't be applied to another appointment. If you give more than 24 hours notice, your payment will be fully refunded. If you have booked directly & not paid for your session in advance, you will be liable for the full amount of the session cost if you do not cancel your appointment with 24 hours advance notice. No further bookings will be taken until payment has been made in full. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there's enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for myself and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
