I’m Karen, and I support women across the UK to rebuild confidence in a calm, supportive way.
With over a decade of experience as a therapist and holistic practitioner – and many years in business – I bring a steady, compassionate approach to confidence work.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level mindset work. It’s about helping you feel safe enough to listen to yourself again.
I’ve recently completed additional trauma-informed training, which further supports the way I hold space – gently, ethically and with deep respect for your lived experience.
