Digital products
Due to the nature of digital content, downloads are non-refundable once accessed, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the product is faulty.
Coaching disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions during and after coaching sessions.
If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
Cancellations and missed appointments

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable
