A day away from the endless to-do lists, responsibilities and demands of everyday life.
A gentle day with a small group of women, offering space to think, reflect and simply be. Time for guided reflection, meaningful conversation, quiet moments, relaxation and connection with like-minded women.
The intention isn't to add another thing to your calendar. It's to give yourself permission to step away from everything else for a few hours and return feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.
A chance to pause before the Christmas rush and life speeds up again.

The venue is Polhilsa Farm, Callington PL17 8PP in the quiet Cornish countryside.

The day is open to a maximum of 10 women only.

We'll be together from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm on Saturday, 7 November 2026..

There's free car parking.

Refreshments and a light home-cooked lunch are included (all dietary requirements can be catered for).
