If you’re wondering whether this is right for you, you’re not alone. These are some of the questions I’m often asked.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, doubting yourself, or longing to feel calmer and more confident in who you are – this work is likely a good fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Curiosity and a willingness to explore is enough.

Is this coaching or therapy?

This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on the present and the future – building confidence, clarity and self-trust, and helping you move forward in a way that feels safe and aligned. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I’ll always signpost you elsewhere if something feels outside my scope.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary, but clients often tell me they feel:

  • calmer and more grounded

  • clearer in their decisions

  • more confident setting boundaries

  • more trusting of themselves

  • better equipped to handle challenges

This isn’t about “fixing” you – it’s about helping you come home to yourself.

What's the time commitment?

Sessions are spaced to support real change without overwhelm. We’ll agree a rhythm that works for your life – weekly or fortnightly – and the programme unfolds over several months, allowing time for integration and gentle progress.

What if life gets in the way?

Life happens. We work flexibly and with compassion. This is supportive work, not something you need to perform perfectly.

What if I've tried other things before?

Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy, courses, books or other coaches. This work meets you where you are now and blends practical coaching with gentle, holistic support – often helping things land in a way they haven’t before.

How much does coaching cost?

The investment for private coaching is £1,350. Payment plans may be available and can be spread over three months.
