Two simple practices to help your body settle when everything feels a bit much.
Box breathing helps to settle your nervous system. Repeat the cycle a few times, or for as long as feels supportive. If it feels helpful, repeat this mantra "I inhale peace and exhale confidence."
Grounding can help you feel safer and more supported. Picture yourself as a tree, deeply rooted and grounded, unshaken by anything around you. Notice the support beneath you and the steadiness in your body as you breathe.
