Energy Healing - 3 session package

Service Description

Each energy healing session is unique and guided by your needs on the day. We’ll begin with a gentle chat to see what you’re seeking support with and together we’ll choose the approach that feels right. Sometimes this is a beautiful blend of Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Crystal Therapy - and if you’re drawn to one modality in particular, that’s perfectly welcome too. ​Energy healing can support you with: 🟢 Releasing stress and tension 🟢 Gently easing emotional or physical discomfort 🟢 Healing and softening past hurts 🟢 Releasing old attachments and patterns 🟢 Restoring confidence, self-worth and inner calm 🟢 Improving sleep, focus and overall wellbeing Sessions last around an hour and the space is always yours. If you feel called, we can weave in an oracle card reading or extend to a longer session. Most people find three sessions, spaced fortnightly, create a deeper shift - though even one can feel beautifully supportive. During your treatment, you’ll be fully clothed and comfortably relaxed. I may place my hands lightly on your shoulders at the beginning and end and otherwise work within your energy field. Afterwards, I’ll gently share any insights that arose so you leave feeling grounded and nourished.
