Alongside coaching, I offer holistic therapies to nurture your energy and bring balance. These sessions are perfect if you’re seeking calm, healing or simply a chance to pause and reconnect with yourself.
Energy Healing
Exchange - Single session £75 / 3-session package £180
Each energy healing session is unique and guided by your needs on the day. We’ll begin with a gentle chat to see what you’re seeking support with and together we’ll choose the approach that feels right. Sometimes this is a beautiful blend of Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Crystal Therapy - and if you’re drawn to one modality in particular, that’s perfectly welcome too.
Energy healing can support you with:

Sessions last around an hour and the space is always yours. If you feel called, we can weave in an oracle card reading or extend to a longer session. Most people find three sessions, spaced fortnightly, create a deeper shift - though even one can feel beautifully supportive.
During your treatment, you’ll be fully clothed and comfortably relaxed. I may place my hands lightly on your shoulders at the beginning and end and otherwise work within your energy field. Afterwards, I’ll gently share any insights that arose so you leave feeling grounded and nourished.
Chakra Balancing
Exchange - £35
A quick yet powerful reset to bring your energy centres back into harmony. Everyday stresses can leave us feeling tired, scattered or weighed down. When your chakras are balanced, you feel clearer, calmer and better able to cope with life’s flow.
This is a wonderful option if you’re seeking a gentle “tune-up” without a full energy healing session.
Oracle Card Reading
Exchange - £35
Oracle cards offer a beautiful way to gain clarity and perspective. A reading is like a snapshot in time - highlighting where you are now and the energies surrounding you. While cards don’t predict the future, they can gently guide you to reflect on whether to continue along your current path or to choose a new direction.
You always have free will and the reading is for guidance only. Messages often feel comforting, uplifting and surprisingly affirming.
Readings can take place in person or online via Zoom. If we meet in person, you’re welcome to record audio and take photos of your cards. If online, I can record the session for you and email the copy afterwards.
Reiki Training
As an Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, I’m honoured to guide others on their Reiki journey. Whether you’re looking to learn self-healing, support loved ones or step into a career doing what you love, Reiki can open a beautiful path.
I’m a qualified adult education teacher, and registered with both the UK Reiki Federation and the Institute of Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Training dates can be arranged to suit you.
Reiki Level 1 - £175

This practitioner level allows you to begin offering Reiki to others professionally (after case studies). Over two days, you’ll learn:

🔵 Your lineage back to Dr Usui
🔵 Best practice for opening and running a Reiki practice
🔵 The Reiki level 2 attunement
🔵 How to progress to level 3 Master Practitioner

Reiki Level 3 - £275
At Master Practitioner level, you’ll receive advanced training over one day, including:
🟣 Advanced Reiki techniques including cord cutting, the Violet Flame and microcosmic orbit
🟣 The master Reiki symbol
🟣 The Reiki level 3 attunement
Reiki Level 4 - £295
At this Master-Teacher level, you’ll be ready to pass Reiki on to others. Over one day, you’ll learn:

🔵 Guided meditation scripts and attunement scripts
